Good Morning

Hello, gentle readers and viewers. Thank you for being here. I hope this Sunday is treating you well.

All is well over here. We’ve had some busy weeks, but my mind has been on my backyard and waiting for the wildflowers to bloom. It’s a brief moment each year, but the sight is overwhelming.

We’ve really ramped up our plant and garden collection this year, and one pleasure of a sketchbook is drawing from lists. Usually, when I draw a plant or a flower, it’s a standard scribble with a petal attached, so I thought it would be fun to try and grow my drawing vocabulary a bit and use the plants we’ve obtained as my subjects. So, that’s this week’s topic, along with some silliness.
